Before production, each bike model is meticulously researched and designed for optimum performance. The frames and other components are then tested to their absolute limits, sometimes for over 500 hours at a time. Before assembly, the frames are given three layers of powder coat for exceptional corrosion resistance. They are then fitted with market leading components from brands such as Shimano, FSA, Magura, SRAM, RockShox, Fox and Campagnolo.
